3.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscriptions. After 14 days, no refunds will be provided for unused portions of your subscription period. To request a refund, contact us through your account settings.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for early cancellation.

4. Usage Limits and Restrictions

Each plan has specific limits:

• Free: 1 source, 10 scans/month, 25 problems/scan
• Pro: 10 sources, 100 scans/month, 100 problems/scan
• Team: Unlimited sources and scans, 250 problems/scan

4.2 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to access or search the Service by any means other than our provided interface
• Scrape, spider, or crawl the Service
• Reverse engineer or decompile any aspect of the Service
• Attempt to bypass any rate limits or usage restrictions
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others
• Share your account with others
• Resell or redistribute the Service

5. Data and Content

5.1 Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service. By using our Service, you grant us a license to process and analyze your configured sources to provide our services.

5.2 Reddit Content

Our Service scans publicly available Reddit posts. You acknowledge that:

• Reddit content is subject to Reddit's own terms and policies
• We do not claim ownership of Reddit content
• You are responsible for how you use the information provided by our Service
• You must comply with Reddit's API Terms of Use

5.3 AI-Generated Analysis

Our Service uses AI to analyze problems. AI-generated content may not always be accurate. You are responsible for verifying any information before taking action.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by ProblemHunt and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written permission.

Our Service integrates with third-party services:

• Reddit API: Subject to Reddit's API Terms
• AI Service: Subject to AI provider's Terms
• Payment Processor: Subject to payment processor's Terms
• Google OAuth: Subject to Google's Terms

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement or course of performance
• Accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROBLEMHUNT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruption or replacement costs
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ProblemHunt from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or configure through the Service
